- 2 cups Garbanzo beans, cooked
- 1/4 cup Tahini
- 1/4 cup Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Garlic, roasted
- 1 tbsp Garlic, fresh
- 1 tbsp Italian Parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 1 tsp Paprika or ground cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Blend all ingredients but the oil and paprika in a food processor.
- When smooth, slowly add in the oil.
- Check seasoning and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with the paprika or ground cumin.
- Serve with pita bread or french bread.
